We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone , regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected classification.
Everyone at the Summit is expected to follow this policy: attendees, speakers, partners , exhibitors, volunteers, and staff members. Summit staff is expected to affirm, uphold, and enforce this policy throughout the entire week of the conference Summit, during the formal hours of the event and after hours. Summit attendees are expected to follow this policy anytime they interact with one another at the Summit: on the hotel property, at offsite events, during the hours of the conference, and after hours. Harassment in any form, will not be tolerated.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to, offensive verbal comments related to gender, race. sexual orientation, disability , religion, or any other protected classification directed toward an individual or group. Intimidation, threats, stalking, harassing photography, or video recording, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention are all considered to be harassment. Similarly, sexual, racist, derogatory, threatening, or other inappropriate language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including sessions .
If a participant violates the Summit’s code of conduct, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate. This could include warning the offender or expelling the offender from this and/or future conferences. No refunds will be granted to attendees expelled from the Summit due to violations of this policy.

If anyone is in physical danger or requires an immediate response, they should call 911 and notify law enforcement. This policy and the steps it prescribes should not be confused with an actual emergency response system.
