A word about our audience

Presentation Summit patrons are unique. They are not attending a large event with a presentation component tacked on to the end. They are not part of a huge virtual event in which hundreds of tickets are given away or provided to companies to distribute casually.

All persons attending the Summit owe their livelihoods to creating better presentation content and they have paid good money to attend. They attend with the sole purposes of getting better at what they do and zealously availing themselves of the best services.

Every single one of them is a potential customer for you.

We cap in-person attendance at 150 patrons, but our virtual audience might be much larger. Design your in-person presence as you always would and your virtual presence with recorded videos, product demos, downloadable resources, and live text and video chat.

Opportunity

Our environment is famously relaxed and intimate as our patrons are unusually receptive to new ideas, technologies, and services. You will have ample opportunity to meet every single member of our in-person audience.

Synergy

The Summit brings together the most ambitious and dedicated users of presentation software and technology. In both environments, you get complete lead tracking and follow-up opportunities.

Connection

Take advantage of many opportunities to showcase your expertise before the entire group of conference patrons. Our keynote addresses and breakouts include sponsorship and branding opportunities in both environments.

Choices for visibility

Your sponsorship investment gets you one of the following. Click or touch each heading below for details.

We have opportunities each morning for partners to showcase their expertise to both audiences with a five-minute demo before the keynote addresses.

When you claim a keynote speaker, you get that person for both events — in person and virtual. For your virtual appearance, you can appear live on screen or furnish a digital recording.

Reach both of our audiences during our mid-day break:

  • Engage our in-person audience with a lunchtime greeting of up to five minutes. While this is audio only, no projection, it can be accompanied by distribution of printed or online material.
  • Join our virtual MC for a 10-minute virtual demo or round-table discussion. This will be staged within our conference platform and included on the schedule for all to see and attend.

By Sunday evening, nearly all of our in-person patrons will have arrived, making this the perfect opportunity to make a great first impression in an atmosphere full of energy and buzz.

For our Zoomies, you would be part of our Sunday afternoon open house, the day before we begin in earnest. That appearance will be recorded and made available throughout the virtual conference.

Monday afternoon, after the seminars have concluded, our main ballroom transforms with the playing of our wild and wacky trivia contest. The beverages are flowing, spirits and energy are high, and it is the perfect venue to show yourself as a prominent member of the PowerPoint community.

In addition to the advance advertising, we work your company into the game, with a question about it and the opportunity for one of your representatives to participate.

The Trivia Contest will be held at both the in-person and virtual conference.

On Tuesday evening, we will host a celebration for our in-person audience and you will have an opportunity to brand it. You would be identified as a co-host, you could brand the event however you choose (we’ll help with creative ideas), socialize with the patrons, and get a chance to address the entire in-person group.

If you would like to record your comments, we would then air that recording to our virtual audience should you wish.

As a sponsor, your organization is entitled to bring three representatives to the in-person conference and three to the virtual experience. Additional people would be billed at $395/person.

Branding

Any of our partners can increase their exposure by adding one or more of the following. While these are products for our in-person crowd, any one of our partners — onsite or online — can reserve one. Most of these are in-kind opportunities, whereby you pay for the cost of the goods but we do not add an extra fee. As a result, these prices are close estimates, but not exact.

The Tote Bag

In addition to shirts, we distribute sturdy and attractive canvas totes to all patrons, and your company’s name and logo could be imprinted on every one of them. These are much better than the cheap bags given out at trade shows, and as a result, our patrons tend to take our bags with them to other shows.

$1,000

The Conference T-Shirt

All patrons receive a 100% cotton conference shirt as part of their registration. Your company could be the presenting sponsor for the shirt and have its logo prominently displayed on the back of the shirt. Our long-lasting shirts are worn for years—we have regular patrons who are still wearing the all-black and rich purple shirts from earlier years.

$1,200

Water Bottles

We aspire to eliminate single-use plastics, while also taking seriously our responsibility to keep our patrons hydrated. Every patron will receive a water bottle and refill stations will be positioned throughout the ballrooms. Your branding can be all over it.

$600

The Lanyard

Your company’s name can adorn the high-quality cotton lanyards, to be distributed to each conference attendee at registration and worn throughout the event (it’s one of our few requirements—patrons must wear their badges!). This is a great opportunity for name recognition with each patron.

Hotel Room Key

The latest in hotel technology is branded keys and/or wrist bands that acts as your key. Either way, every single in-person conference patron will spend three+ days walking around with this.

So why not brand it? And why not brand it with your message??
